Delaney is a native Richmonder who thrives on human interaction, creating meaningful relationships and planning memorable events. She began her career in the financial insurance industry at Genworth, with positions expanding from Finance, HR, Marketing, and Talent Development. Through these roles and experiences, Delaney developed a deep passion for people, building relationships, and event management. During her tenure in corporate America, she volunteered with numerous non-profits, which led her to join the Maymont DNS Board. Being an active board member, she has learned about the facets of fundraising and developed an even deeper love for all things events management and hospitality. After fifteen years, Delaney left the corporate world, followed her passions, and landed her “dream job” with the amazing and talented team at Dover Hall Experiences. When Delaney is not selling our beautiful properties and helping her clients plan an unforgettable event, you can find her entertaining friends and family, sipping bourbon, being outdoors, shopping at Target, and spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and their dog, Ruby!
