Eileen, our first employee, is the veteran on the Dover Hall Experiences team and has been working at Dover Hall since 2014. She is a native Richmonder, but you can often find her spending her weekends on the coast. Eileen’s utmost priority is to treat every person who comes through the front doors as our honorary guest. She keeps the estate in pristine condition: if it’s broken, she fixes it (or hires someone to fix it)! Her favorite part of the job is the variety – it keeps things interesting because no day is the same. Eileen says it has been a pure joy to see Dover Hall grow to become Virginia’s premier event venue! When not at Dover Hall, she enjoys spending time with her two children, four grandchildren, and traveling anywhere near water.
