Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Emily has always been drawn to the vibrant energy of her hometown. She is a graduate of James Madison University, where she obtained a degree in Hospitality Management and Business. Emily's love for the hospitality industry stems from her enjoyment of building interpersonal relationships with clients and vendors. After completing her studies, Emily began her career as the Social Media Lead and Marketing Coordinator at Waterside District in Norfolk, VA. Eager to immerse herself in the wedding industry, she then transitioned to Virginia Beach, where she further developed her expertise in planning and executing memorable weddings. Driven by her aspirations, Emily eventually made the move to RVA to pursue her "dream job" at DHE. As part of the team, she brings her extensive experience in weddings and her exceptional organizational skills to ensure flawless event execution. Her attention to detail, coupled with her ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, has earned her a stellar reputation among clients and colleagues alike. In her free time, enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking through scenic trails, exploring new breweries, or simply relaxing with a captivating book. Her adventurous spirit and love for life outside of work keep her energized and inspired to bring creativity and innovation to every project she undertakes.
