Kate is a Richmond native who loves nothing more than building long-lasting client relationships in RVA’s rapidly-growing community. After receiving her BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she spent the first eight years of her career working in non-profit development at Virginia Repertory Theatre and the Virginia War Memorial Foundation. During her roles at these organizations, Kate planned numerous fundraising events and realized her true passion was in the hospitality industry. Kate then worked as the External Sales Manager for the Greater Richmond Convention Center before joining the team at Dover Hall Experiences, where she loves every second of her role and the incredible team here! When Kate isn’t at work, you can find her choreographing a local theatre production, hiking, running, or exploring Richmond’s amazing culinary and wine scene. She and her husband Aaron welcomed their son Cyrus in July of 2021, and it has indeed been the best adventure yet!
