Lucy is a Richmond native who attended Trinity Episcopal High School before embarking on her journey to the beautiful James Madison University in the Shenandoah Valley. There, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business. Before joining the Dover Hall Experiences team, Lucy gained valuable experience at Salisbury Country Club and completed an internship at CrossKeys Vineyards in Harrisonburg, VA, where her passion for hospitality blossomed. Lucy was a vital part of the Dover Hall Experiences 2023 Inaugural Summer Internship Program, and it became evident that we wanted her on our team full-time. Outside of the office, Lucy enjoys spending time with her siblings and parents by the river, accompanied by their pups. When the weather is pleasant, you'll find Lucy embracing an active lifestyle, whether playing a pickleball game, taking a leisurely walk with her favorite podcast, The Toast, in her ears, or attending a baseball game.
