DIRECTOR OF WINE | quynh@7ladyvineyards.com

Quynh embarked on her career in the picturesque vineyards of Orange County, VA, before making her mark as a sommelier at Michelin-starred Fiola. She then joined one of Florida’s premier fine wine import/export firms, Terroir Selections. Returning to her Virginia roots, she took on the role of Chief Sommelier at The Omni Homestead, where she led the wine program before becoming the Director of Wine for 7 Lady Vineyards.

She holds a Diploma in Wine & Management, an Advanced Sommelier Certification from Le Cordon Bleu, and a Wine Culture, Heritage & Tourism Diploma from the Georges Chappaz Institute in Champagne. These credentials support her work in regional wine tourism and cultural education. These credentials fuel her passion for regional wine tourism and cultural storytelling. Her palate was shaped by years of living abroad, and she has a particular fondness for red Burgundy.

Fun Fact: Despite spending much of my childhood at various international boarding schools, I’m a true homebody at heart. I cherish the simplicity of hospitality and love hosting gatherings right from my own kitchen.

Favorite Wine + Pairing: My favorite go-to bottle of red is the Domaine Rollin Pernand-Vergelesses Rouge. This wine comes from vineyards that share the same Corton hillsides as many Grand Cru wines, and I love the multiple layers of flavor it offers. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken or a rich mushroom risotto; two dishes that I love serving at home.
