Michael was born and raised in Richmond. As one of five children, even the smallest family gathering was an event in itself. He began his studies not too far from home at Virginia Tech, where he completed his degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, a program ranked #2 in the nation. During school, his hospitality career started in the restaurant industry. Before joining the Dover Hall team, he ran and managed three Buffalo Wild Wing branches. He has been on our team since 2018 and is our behind-the-scenes execution expert. Our clients might not see him much, but his work is essential in ensuring each event is smooth, organized, and punctual! He and his wife Amanda recently celebrated the birth of their first child, Julian, in spring 2021. When not at Dover Hall, you can find him cheering on the Washington Football Team, Washington Capitals, and (of course) the Virginia Tech Hokies. In his free time, he also enjoys a good game of tennis or golf!
