Mitsi is originally from Connecticut but now calls Goochland home. She and Eileen are the dynamic duo who keep Dover Hall in tip-top shape. She has previously been an Operations Support Specialist, where she created new procedures and helped with business efficiency. Her favorite part of her work at Dover Hall is preparing the estate house to be transformed uniquely for each event. Instead of just observing the happy couples on their wedding days, she loves watching the reactions of family members and friends as they take in the magic of the big day. Mitsi has been with the Dover Hall team since mid-2021 and has felt like family ever since. She feels the Dover Hall team makes coming to work every day a pleasure! You will find her spending quality time with her husband, two sons, stepdaughter, and their dog Riley in her free time! Mitsi also has a passion for baking creative cakes and treats.
