Rachel Kennedy


Rachel has been in the restaurant and events industry since she was 17. Currently, she is just one class away from completing her associate's degree in business and plans to further her education with a focus on the hospitality industry, particularly in wine knowledge. Over three years ago, she started as a server at Bartizan when it was still a restaurant and then transitioned to working full-time on the events team, being promoted to Banquet Captain shortly after. Rachel's favorite aspect of working events is the vibrant floral and artistic decor that guests bring in, which never fails to inspire her in her personal and professional life. Born and raised in Virginia, Rachel is the beloved only child of two wonderful parents. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of relaxing activities like reading, listening to music, or taking long walks in nature, which help her unwind and recharge.
