Rachel Kennedy is one of our experienced event managers here at Dover Hall. With countless events in her career history, she excels at crafting a personalized experience for every client. Her interests in art & design radiate through to her work to help you create the wedding vision or event of your dreams!

 

A true personal success story in the company- she started as a waitress at one of our old restaurants and quickly moved up to bloom into the event manager she is today. With hard work, seamless communication, and creative spark- she believes nothing is impossible.

• Favorite spot: The Blue Stone Terrace! When the terrace  is all lit up at night, the glowing lights make Dover Hall into a true mystical paradise. Not to mention, the millions of stars you can see at night out here in Goochland! Stargazing after dancing your heart out is a must do at Dover.

• When I'm not at DH, you'll find me... at my favorite hot yoga studio- Hot House Yoga RVA! Not only do I love to support local businesses, but the heat and calmful meditation helps me unwind and prepare for our next fun event.

• At which store would you like to max out your credit card? Any local thrift store, especially our very own local  West End Antique Mall! Not only do I love a good deal,  but I also  love breathing new life into any historic piece & cherishing all of the forgotten memories of loved items gone by.  That’s probably one of the reasons I love the Dover Hall Estate so much- tons of antique pieces! From jewelry, to decor, to clothes- I love it all!
